How do I use the roll-on? Apply the roller-ball directly to your skin and massage it in, then repeat as needed. That's the whole routine. The roller keeps the oil off your fingers, so there's nothing to wash off afterward, and the 10ml bottle is small enough to live in a pocket, a desk drawer or a gym bag.
What does it smell and feel like? Mostly peppermint, with lavender and frankincense underneath. The peppermint oil and menthol give your skin a cool, tingly feel as it goes on, and that fades as the oil absorbs into skin. The base is MCT oil and hemp oil, so it feels light on the skin rather than waxy or greasy.
Is it full spectrum? Yes. Each 10ml roller holds 100mg of full spectrum hemp CBD. Full spectrum means the extract keeps the full range of hemp compounds instead of isolating CBD on its own.
