How often can I use it? Gently massage it into your skin with circular motions until it's fully absorbed, and repeat as needed. Afterward, wash your hands so you don't get the menthol in your eyes or on other sensitive areas. The 2 oz jar travels well, and the 8 oz tub is the one to keep at home.
What's the difference between full and broad spectrum? This cream is broad spectrum, and broad spectrum hemp extract contains 0% THC. Our full spectrum cream keeps the full range of hemp compounds, and full spectrum hemp extract may contain up to 0.3% THC.
