How many should I take? Adults: take 1-2 gummies daily, as needed. Each gummy has 25mg of broad spectrum hemp CBD, so one or two works out to 25 to 50mg, and a jar holds 30. Keep the jar on the nightstand and make it the last stop in your evening routine.
Do they contain melatonin? No. There's no melatonin in these gummies. Alongside the broad spectrum hemp CBD, they're made with reishi mushroom extract, tart cherry extract and lemon balm extract, plus natural blueberry and lemon flavoring. Full spectrum or broad spectrum? Broad spectrum. Broad spectrum hemp extract contains 0% THC. What do they taste like? Blueberry lemon. They're made with natural blueberry and lemon flavoring and blueberry fruit concentrate, so they taste like fruit rather than the plant they came from. It's a pectin gummy sweetened with organic tapioca syrup and beet sugar, so the chew is closer to a fruit snack.
