Tincture
Shake well and use the dropper to measure out your desired amount of CBD oil. Dispense and hold under your tongue for 15-30 seconds to allow for maximum absorption.

Gently massage the cream into your skin, using circular motions to ensure that it is fully absorbed.

Relief Roll-On
Apply the roller-ball directly to skin and massage in. Repeat as needed.
