I had previously ordered 2 jars of recovery. When it arrived at my home in AZ, the product was oily and separated. It did nothing to relieve my pain in my feet. Previous orders were fine. The company has altered the product, that is what I was told. They replaced it with the balm and that too did nothing. Needless to say I am not happy. Never a offer of a refund.

This product is excellent! It is easy to use glides right on. It is stronger than the roll on or cream. Making it excellent for use on any sore muscles, aches and pains.
