I have tried a lot of products that have adaptogens and it has been disgusting. However, these gummies are very effective and I have visibly noticed changes in my focus and my mood. I prefer the Mett Naturals tinctures, but they don't have the mushrooms and ashwagandha which is what I was missing. A great pairing of nutrients that I can now take together. Don't expect a great tasting sugar gummy, but if you like an earthy flavor and want the benefits, this is the best option I have found
